Anna, excellent market report on the Phoenix AZ golf course home. With 27 under contract and 20 sold sounds like the market is very GOOD. Hope it continues!

Such a nice inventory of golf course homes Anna. I know buyers like living close to their sport and the view of the greens is quite pleasant.

That's where I want to live when and (if) I ever grow up.  On a golf course in Arizona.  Now that's my idea of the perfect neighborhood.

I personally wouldn't want to live right on a golf course because I prefer a little more backyard privacy.  However, they are definitely popular lots here in the state of AZ. :)
